- Which association, district, club, service, transfer, capital, or working-capital charges apply at closing and monthly?
- What maintenance is handled by the association, the owner, a district, or a land-lease/operator agreement?
- Which written rules affect pets, rentals, guests, golf or club access, parking, vehicles, and home modifications?
- Are any required charges missing from the public profile because they vary by home, phase, lot, membership, or closing date?
- Can I see the clubhouse, common areas, typical streetscape, amenities, parking, and surrounding access points in person?
