Exterior or amenity photos that show the real community, not stock scenes.
Captions for each image, including what is shown and when the photo was taken.
Who supplied the image and whether they are the owner, operator, association, resident, or authorized agent.
Written permission for 55NearMe to publish the image on the directory profile.
Confirmation that recognizable people, license plates, and private residences are either cleared or avoided.
A takedown contact for future rights or privacy questions.
